Aging in Place Home Safety · Grand Rapids, MI
ClearStep helps older adults and families identify home safety concerns, choose practical solutions and coordinate professional installation so they can remain more independent at home.

Getting started
Stairs, bathrooms, entrances, and everyday routines can quietly become harder to manage over time. A step that used to be no big deal can turn into a real obstacle, and a bathroom that felt fine for years can start to feel less safe.
ClearStep works with older adults and the families supporting them to look at the whole home, figure out what changes would genuinely help right now, and what can reasonably wait. The goal is a home that works better for the person living in it — not a long list of projects you don't need.
What we do
Every home and every person is different — we start by understanding yours.
Straight, curved, and outdoor stairlift consultations — including an in-home measurement, help choosing the right product for your staircase, and professional installation coordinated from start to finish.
